As our state recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic, we must look ahead for opportunities to optimize our economic competitiveness. On January 12th, stakeholders from around the state were brought together to envision such growth.
The UNM Business and Economic Summit, hosted by the University of New Mexico and UNM Rainforest Innovations, was based around a report released by the New Mexico Chamber of Commerce called “Driving New Mexico’s Future and Powering a Competitive Economy in a Post-Pandemic World.” This report analyzes the opportunities and challenges our state will face in the years following the COVID-19 pandemic and strategies we can use to optimize our economic competitiveness.
