Raven is excited to announce the opening of our inaugural U.S. office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This expansion marks a significant milestone in the firm’s mission to support and invest in Native-led businesses across the United States and Canada.
Alongside the opening of its first U.S. office, Raven welcomed institutional investment from the New Mexico Finance Authority’s Venture Capital Program.
“We are thrilled to establish a new office in Albuquerque, this expansion allows us to strengthen our support for Native entrepreneurs in the Southwest and to collaborate more closely with local organizations and communities. Our goal is to create lasting, positive change by investing in businesses that drive economic growth and social impact.” said Nicole Johnny, MBA, Investment Associate at Raven Indigenous Capital Partners and member of the Navajo Nation.
“NMFA’s Venture Capital Program is designed to provide capital to promising New Mexico businesses that don’t have access to financial resources from traditional sources,” stated NMFA Board Chair Kathy Keith. “We are pleased to invest in Raven Indigenous Capital Partners to help Native American and Indigenous entrepreneurs throughout the state achieve their business goals.”
