In my current position as an assistant professor in the civil engineering field, I am eager to make the world more livable and sustainable by developing effective methods for using energy, natural resources, reusable industrial waste, and advanced construction techniques such as additive manufacturing (AM) (i.e., 3D printing).
My research addresses three critical areas in the construction industry, including (1) designing and constructing resilient infrastructures (2) building affordable houses, and (3) designing sustainable construction materials and practices.
