Executive Assistant to Board of Directors & Agreements Coordinator
Larissa joined UNM Rainforest Innovations in April 2021 and serves as the Executive Assistant to Board of Directors & Agreements Coordinator. For the last six years, in a dual role she managed the daily operations of a legal consulting firm and was an assistant in the CEO’s office for a respiratory research institute which are both non-for-profits. In years prior, she worked in the hospitality field as an Operations Manager for a travel destination management company and was a Catering Manager for a high-end resort.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Travel & Tourism Management from the University of New Mexico.
